The Challenges

Despite investing thousands towards inbound ads, Konch’s marketing campaign was lagging behind as our fast-paced work culture along with shifting market requires constant vigilance on all fronts: 

  • Weak Support Infrastructure: Initially the strategy was well-intended and successfully resulted in bringing leads to their platform and following with signups, however, it lacked the vital support infrastructure in place to ensure the subscriber received any acknowledgment or felt any kind of warmth for signing up to their platform.  
  • Unprepared for the US Market: Next to that, they wanted to expand their reach in the United States, which was proving to be a major challenge, despite their platform’s selling feature of 99% transcription accuracy, as they didn’t have sufficient expertise in sales lead generation.

Optimizing Lead Generation Funnel: To achieve the overall campaign metrics, we started with the fundamental key point by setting up CRM system. software. This crucial link ensured that once the leads came in through free signup or paid subscription, we utilized their saved data and added them to the email list that was initiated with a Welcome sequence and included CTAs (Call-to-Action) – such as ‘Book a Meeting’ – at distinct stages of the email campaign for greater conversion.
