Hope Collaborative’s Aim

How Hope Works
Hope Collaborative’s curriculum, developed in partnership with experts from the Clay Center at MGH, focuses on social/emotional and leadership development. The program employs a research-backed, 4-year leadership development arc, covering modules like conflict resolution, self-awareness, team building, empathy, and decision-making. The curriculum is enriched with student-created educational media, promoting a positive youth development journey.

- Vaishali: Co-founder at Trustee, served as a guest speaker on leadership in a masterclass program.
- Karen Light: An artist and executive coach, acted as a guest speaker on doodle arts and therapeutic leadership in the masterclass.
- Divaa Uthkarshaa: Founder and CEO of Project Surya, scheduled as a guest speaker for a masterclass program in February 2024.
- Dr. Chandra: Founder of prayaana.org, a visionary educationist from India living in the U.S., with ongoing partnerships and collaborations in progress.
- Ariza Nanji: Founder and CEO of Global Virtual School, designated as a masterclass guest speaker for February 2024.
- Houda Barakate: CEO of EFE-Maroc, a Moroccan collaborator engaged in an orientation session with around 100 schools, with the implementation of the curriculum program in progress.
