Belkins and SalesRoads are the two names that come up most when a US company shortlists an appointment-setting agency. One is email-led and will not publish a price. The other is phone-led and publishes a price most small companies cannot pay. This page puts their numbers side by side, with the source and date for each one, and adds a third column for a dedicated SDR at $1,800 a month.
Written by Munzai Solutions. We sell outbound calling, so we compete with both agencies on this page. Every figure below comes from the agency’s own site or a named review platform, fetched on October 16, 2026, and will go stale. Confirm with the vendor before you sign.
Pick Belkins if cold email is your main channel, you want a guaranteed number of appointments per year, and you can fund a retainer of roughly $5,000 a month or more for several months. Pick SalesRoads if you want senior, US-based callers on the phone, can pay $11,950 per four weeks for one rep, and like being able to cancel at any time. If your deal size or budget does not justify either, Munzai runs a dedicated SDR for $1,800 a month, month to month, or a single $399 calling job with no retainer, with call recordings and a weekly report.
Belkins and SalesRoads in one paragraph each
Belkins sells omnichannel outbound: cold email first, then LinkedIn, calling, voicemail, SMS and paid ads layered on top. The service pages show a starter package “from $5,000” that promises 1,500 leads a month and 100 guaranteed appointments a year, with launch in 14 working days and first appointments inside 30 days.1,2 The pricing page lists four tiers and no dollar figures.3 Belkins’ own blog quotes an omnichannel start of $7,995 a month and an email-only start of $6,500, so the entry price depends on which Belkins page you read.4 Third-party reviews report $5,000 to $14,800 a month with three to six month minimum terms.6,7 Clutch lists offices in Denver, Cheyenne, Lombard, Dover and Kyiv.8
SalesRoads sells phone-first outsourced SDR programs run from the United States. Its pricing page is unusually direct: $11,950 per four-week period for one dedicated SDR, $16,750 for two, $23,500 for three, and “Cancel anytime. No Commitments.”10 The appointment-setting page still shows older figures ($6,950 for a fractional SDR and $9,500 for a full one) while its FAQ says “around $12,000 per month”, so ask which one applies to you.11 The team is live in 15 business days, calling starts on day 16, and SalesRoads recommends a 12-week run before judging results.10,11 Clutch lists a $10,000 minimum project size and a Boca Raton, Florida headquarters.12
Belkins vs SalesRoads vs Munzai: the table
Where Belkins is the stronger choice
- Your buyers read cold email. Belkins is built around deliverability, copy and sequencing, with calling as a follow-up layer. If your prospects sit at a desk and reply to email, that order is right.
- You want a number in the contract. The guaranteed appointment count and the no-show recovery policy give a finance team something to hold the agency to. Read the definition of “appointment” before you sign.
- You need more than outbound. HubSpot consulting, deliverability work and sales enablement sit under the same roof.
Where SalesRoads is the stronger choice
- You need a US caller on the line and can pay for it. Senior domestic callers for regulated or enterprise buyers are exactly what SalesRoads sells, and the price reflects it.
- You want a price before the sales call. SalesRoads publishes its rate card. Belkins does not.
- You do not want to be locked in. “Cancel anytime” is on every page, even though the agency itself asks you to give the program twelve weeks.
What neither of them answers, and where the third column comes in
Both agencies are priced for companies that can fund $5,000 to $12,000 a month before the first meeting lands. Neither offers a pilot. Belkins says on its pricing page that small-business work is delivered through partner agencies,3 and the SalesRoads quote form asks you to pick a budget band, starting at “under $5,000”.10 If your average deal is $2,000 to $20,000, the maths of a $12,000 retainer rarely works.
That is the gap Munzai is built for. A dedicated SDR is $1,800 a month, month to month with 10 days’ notice and no setup fee, working 40 hours a week on your account only. You get the call recordings, a weekly report and the dispositioned list. The reps sit in Pakistan and call in your business hours. We say that plainly because it is the reason the price is a sixth of SalesRoads’, and we would rather you knew before the first call. If you want to test the channel first, a $399 pay-as-you-go job dials 150 leads twice and returns the file within five to seven business days.15,16,17
The trade-offs are real too. We do not guarantee an appointment count, our review footprint is a fraction of either agency’s, and we are not the right fit if your buyers need a native US caller or a program that includes paid ads.
SalesRoads vs Martal Group
Martal Group is the other name that gets shortlisted against SalesRoads. Martal does not publish prices (“Inquire about pricing”), sells a three to four month paid pilot, and uses an onshore North American team; reviews report roughly $4,100 to $10,500 a month.20,21 SalesRoads publishes $11,950 and lets you cancel at any time. So the choice is a known price with no lock-in against an unknown price with a mandatory pilot. We compare Martal with five other agencies here.
Belkins vs Callbox
Callbox sells “Campaign Pods” at $16,000 to $32,000 a month, each with a dedicated SDR, campaign manager and data, and is built for programs that run across several regions at once.22 Belkins is cheaper at entry and email-led; Callbox is larger, more process-heavy and better suited to enterprise multi-region work. Both sit well above the budget of most companies under 50 employees. For a wider set of options, see our Belkins alternatives page.
Four questions to ask either agency (and us)
- Which price applies to me, in writing? Belkins’ pages quote $5,000, $5,500, $6,500 and $7,995 as starting points, and SalesRoads’ pages show $6,950, $9,500 and $11,950. Get the figure for your program on paper.
- What does “appointment” mean? A held meeting with a decision maker, or a calendar invite that was accepted? A guarantee is only as good as its definition.
- Who makes the calls, and can I hear them? Rep location drives the price. Ask for recordings from a live program, not a demo.
- What do I keep if I leave? The list, the dispositions, the recordings and the script should come back to you.
