CIENCE sells a go-to-market system with SDR capacity as an add-on. Munzai sells the SDR. Both can put meetings on your calendar; they cost differently, they’re staffed differently, and they suit different companies. Here’s the comparison with the numbers both companies publish.
Written by Munzai Solutions. We’re one side of this comparison. CIENCE figures are quoted from cience.com/pricing as of September 2026; if they’ve changed, their page wins.
CIENCE’s published first month is $7,499 before you add an SDR ($1,500–$6,500 a month plus $1,000 onboarding). Munzai’s is $1,800 for a dedicated SDR, or $399 for a 150-lead job, with no setup fee. Buy CIENCE if you need the system and platform built; buy Munzai if you need a person on the phone this month.
What changed at CIENCE
CIENCE’s pricing page now reads “GTM services by graph8” and describes a three-part group: “Tenbound defines the model. graph8 runs the system. CIENCE delivers the outcome.”1 In practice that means the thing you buy first is a system build and a platform licence; SDRs are quoted on top. If you evaluated CIENCE a couple of years ago as a managed SDR vendor, re-read the offer — it’s a different product.
Side by side
The cost difference, explained honestly
A Munzai dedicated SDR at $1,800 a month is roughly a fifth of a US-tier CIENCE program’s first month. Two reasons, and you should weigh both. First, you aren’t paying for a platform build: we use our own dialler and your CRM. Second, our SDRs are in Pakistan. They’re English-fluent, they’ve each run outbound for several B2B clients, and they work your prospects’ hours from a local number — but they are not US-based, and CIENCE’s US tier is. If your buyers are C-suite at large enterprises where a US accent measurably changes answer rates, that matters. If your buyers are owners, ops directors and IT managers at companies with 10–500 staff, our 2026 numbers say it doesn’t: 35–48% of dials answered, 1,953 meetings booked January to August.
Which one to choose
Choose CIENCE if…
- You want a GTM system designed and built — data model, intent signals, multi-channel sequencing — and SDRs are one input to it.
- You have the budget for a five-figure first month and a team to work the platform after.
- You want a US-based rep tier and are willing to pay $4,500–$6,500 a month per rep for it.
Choose Munzai if…
- Cold calling is the channel you need, and you want a person on the phone this month, not a system next quarter.
- Your deals are $2,000–$50,000 and a $1,800 seat has to pay for itself in one or two closes.
- You want to test with one list before you commit to anything monthly.
- You sell in the US or Canada; that’s where we call.
Neither? If you need a broad multi-channel program with senior US reps and a strategist, look at SalesRoads and SalesHive, both of which publish or quote clearly.

A dedicated SDR is $1,800 a month, month to month, no setup fee. Or start with 150 leads for $399 and decide after the debrief.
