Why Zain Arif Built Munzai in Pakistan to Serve US and Canadian Teams

Munzai Solutions is an outbound sales agency founded and run by Zain Arif (Zain Ul Abidin Arif), its CEO. It is a Pakistani company: our SDRs sit in Pakistan, work US and Canadian business hours, call from local numbers, and calls are recorded. The location is the reason a US or Canadian B2B team can have a full-time dedicated SDR for $1,800 a month.

This profile is for the buyer who wants to know who is behind a vendor before signing anything. It covers where Munzai came from, why it is in Pakistan, how it runs today, and how you can check all of it without taking our word for it.

Who runs Munzai Solutions?

Zain Arif, the founder and CEO. According to an interview published earlier on this blog, he finished his degree in Malaysia in 2020, came home to Pakistan, and noticed how many people were moving into IT work, web development and freelancing. That is what got him interested in outsourcing as a business.

By Zain’s account in that interview, Munzai started with a small investment and limited resources. Sales, not marketing, was how the company earned its income from the beginning, and over time Zain built a specialized team around lead generation and cold outreach.

Today Munzai is an outbound sales agency serving one market: B2B companies in the United States and Canada. We have served more than 60 clients.

Why is Munzai in Pakistan?

The plain answer is price. Our SDRs live and work in Pakistan, and that is the reason a dedicated rep costs what it does. Munzai says so openly.

The second reason is the people. In that interview, Zain described what Pakistan offers as a cost advantage plus “language proficiency and a high level of commitment.” None of that makes the location invisible. Your prospects will hear a Pakistani accent, and you will be managing a team you never meet in person. Both are things you can test before you commit, as the last section of this page explains.

These are the questions a US or Canadian buyer should ask, with the straight answers:

What to askStraight answer
Where are your SDRs?In Pakistan.
What hours do they work?US and Canadian business hours. The time difference is ours to handle, not yours.
What number do my prospects see?A local number.
Can I hear the calls?Yes. Calls are recorded.
Who do you work for?B2B companies in the United States and Canada only.
What is the commitment?A dedicated SDR is month to month with 30 days’ notice and no setup fee.
Where does the work live?In your CRM (HubSpot, Apollo or another system), with a weekly funnel report.

If you are weighing an offshore team against a US hire, the detailed version, with cost comparisons, time-zone coverage and compliance basics, is in our guide to outsourcing SDR work to Pakistan. This page does not repeat it.

What changed when we productized the service?

Early on, Zain reorganized what Munzai sells into defined offers that a buyer can understand at a glance. In the same interview, he said:

“Productizing our services made a huge difference. We began offering dedicated sales development representatives (SDRs) and project managers, along with sales tools like Apollo, to enhance the value we were delivering.”

That is still how Munzai works. Each service has a defined scope, and where we can publish a price, we do:

ServiceWhat you getPrice
Dedicated SDROne SDR on a 40-hour week making 80-110 dials a day (roughly 1,700 a month), logged in your CRM, with a weekly funnel report$1,800 a month, month to month, 30 days’ notice, no setup fee
Pay-as-you-go SDRYou supply the script and the lead list. Every lead is dialed twice. Delivered in 5-7 business days as a dispositioned file with call notes, a summary and a 30-minute debriefFrom $399 for 150 leads; larger packages at $699 and $1,249
LinkedIn outreachOutreach run by a person, not by automation tools$1,200 a month per seat
Inbound call handling, customer support, virtual assistance, CRM training and implementation, prospecting and lead generationScoped to your volume and processQuoted per scope

The arithmetic, using only our published prices. A dedicated SDR is $1,800 x 12 = $21,600 a year. At roughly 1,700 dials a month, that is about $1.06 per dial. The $399 package covers 150 leads dialed twice, so 300 dials at $1.33 each.

A hypothetical example, for illustration only. Across our 2026 campaigns, 35-48% of dials are answered. If your list were answered at that rate, 1,700 dials would mean roughly 595 to 816 answered calls in a month. Your list may do better or worse, and an answered call is not a meeting. We do not promise meeting counts.

How does the company run day to day?

A sales agency cannot depend on its founder being online. In the interview, Zain described the changes made so that Munzai does not:

  • Documented processes. We built standard processes and SOPs across departments, so a client’s campaign keeps moving whether or not a particular manager is available on a given day.
  • Routine client updates. Clients get updates as a matter of course. The account manager sends one at the end of the day, and a weekly update goes out at the start of the week.
  • A leadership layer. A C-suite team has taken over most of what Zain used to handle directly, including internal team management.
  • A team for new-client conversations. Zain used to handle every lead conversation and every close himself. Now a team handles the early relationship, and he joins at the closing stage.
  • A monthly newsletter. We send one each month so clients and contacts can see what we are working on.

On culture, Zain described the rule inside the company this way: “We’ve created an open-door policy where everyone can provide feedback. If something is wrong, we fix it together.” People on the team learn by working on real client conversations.

What does the record show?

From January through August 2026, across all clients, our teams logged:

  • 69,722 connected calls
  • 7,585 strategic follow-ups scheduled
  • 5,780 high-quality leads identified
  • 1,953 meetings and conversions

That works out to roughly one meeting or conversion for every 36 connected calls, averaged across very different offers and lists. Read it as a record of what happened, not a forecast for your campaign. Munzai is rated 5.0 on Clutch and 4.8 on DesignRush, and individual campaigns are written up in our case studies.

Who should not hire Munzai?

  • You want a guaranteed number of meetings. We commit to hours, dials, logged activity and reporting. Meetings depend on your list and your offer.
  • You want LinkedIn outreach run by software. Ours is run by a person, not by automation tools.
  • You want a small test without bringing your own script and lead list. The pay-as-you-go service runs on the script and the list you supply. Prospecting and lead generation is a separate service, quoted per scope.

The poor fits that come down to location and market are set out in the Pakistan guide, under when outsourcing to Pakistan is the wrong choice.

How can you check us before you trust us?

You should not hire an offshore vendor on the strength of a founder profile. A sensible order for checking us:

  1. Read the reviews. Look up Munzai Solutions on Clutch and DesignRush and read what clients wrote, not only the score.
  2. Read a case study close to your industry and note what the list, the offer and the time frame were.
  3. Ask to hear recorded calls. Check whether prospects ask the rep to repeat anything and whether the rep can follow an objection off script.
  4. Run one small job. Send 150 of your own leads and your own script through the pay-as-you-go service for $399. You get back a dispositioned file with call notes, a summary and a 30-minute debrief in 5-7 business days.
  5. Judge the work, then choose. If the file, the notes and the recordings do not hold up, you are out $399 and nothing more. If they do, a dedicated SDR is month to month with 30 days’ notice and no setup fee.

Zain stated the aim in that interview: “Our goal is to build long-term relationships with clients and provide results that speak for themselves.” The steps above are how you find out whether we meet it.

Want to see how a Pakistan-based SDR handles your own list before you commit? Contact Munzai and tell us who you sell to, and we will tell you plainly whether a $399 pay-as-you-go test or a dedicated SDR at $1,800 a month is the right first step.
