Sales Conferences Worth Attending in the US and Canada

The sales conferences worth your budget in the United States and Canada fall into four groups: leadership events (Gartner CSO & Sales Leader Conference, Sandler Summit, Pavilion GTM), enablement and RevOps summits (Sales Enablement Summit, Revenue Operations Summit), platform conferences (Dreamforce, HubSpot UNBOUND, Outreach Unleash) and B2B growth events (Forrester B2B Summit, SaaStr AI Annual, SAAS NORTH). Pick by the job you need the event to do, and book meetings before you fly. The ticket is only part of the cost.

Every date below was checked against the organizer’s own website on October 2, 2026. Organizers move dates and venues, so confirm on the linked page before you book travel.

Which conference fits your role

Sales enablement conferences

The Sales Enablement Summit is a traveling series from the Sales Enablement Collective, so you can usually reach one without a long flight. After the three fall 2026 stops, the 2027 dates listed are Washington (Jan 27), Austin (Feb 24-25), New York (Mar 11-12), Denver (Apr 7-8), Atlanta (Jun 2-3) and Seattle (Jun 17-18). The Toronto summit on November 12-13, 2026 is the Canadian stop. If you lead enablement at a larger company, Gartner’s sales conferences page also lists VPs of sales enablement among the intended audience.

Sales operations and RevOps conferences

The Revenue Operations Summit from the Revenue Operations Alliance is the closest thing to a dedicated sales operations conference on this list. Platform events do a similar job if your stack is settled: Outreach Unleash ran a RevOps and admins track in 2026, and Dreamforce is Salesforce’s own annual conference.

Sales leadership and management conferences

Gartner’s conference is built for chief sales officers and the people who report to them. Sandler Summit is the practical one: two days of keynotes and workshops on selling and managing, with a virtual option if travel is the obstacle. Pavilion describes GTM2027 as exclusively for go-to-market executives. The National Conference in Sales Management, held alongside Pi Sigma Epsilon’s national convention, is academic: research and teaching sessions for sales scholars and educators.

AI in sales events

Two single-day events in San Francisco on January 21, 2027 focus on AI: the AI for Sales Enablement Festival and the AI for Revenue Operations Festival. SaaStr has put AI in its event name, and Forrester, HubSpot and Outreach all pitch their conferences around AI in go-to-market work. You do not need an AI-only event to hear about AI in sales.

Five checks before you buy a ticket

  1. Are your buyers in the room, or your peers? Most events above are full of other sales people. They make your team better at the job. If you want pipeline, your buyers’ own industry trade show often beats any sales conference. Start from your ideal customer profile and ask where those people spend two days a year.
  2. Read the attendee titles, not the keynote names. Organizers publish who attends. If the page says founders and investors and you sell to plant managers, skip it.
  3. Price the whole trip. Ticket, flight, hotel, meals and the selling days lost. The example below shows how fast it adds up.
  4. Can you book meetings in advance? A sponsor list and a host city give you a call list. An event with neither is a training day, which is fine if you budget it as one.
  5. Name the person who follows up. Decide before the trip who calls every new contact, and by which date.

What a conference really costs: a worked example

Two published prices give a sense of the range. Forrester lists early-bird tickets for its 2027 B2B Summit at $2,097 for non-clients through November 30, 2026, and HubSpot lists a general admission pass for UNBOUND 2027 at $1,699.

Here is a hypothetical budget for one rep attending the Forrester event. Only the ticket price is real; the other figures are assumptions you should replace with your own.

  • Ticket: $2,097
  • Flight: $450 (assumed)
  • Hotel: 3 nights at $280 = $840 (assumed)
  • Meals and ground transport: $250 (assumed)
  • Total: $3,637, plus three days away from selling

If the rep comes home with 2 real sales conversations from hallway chats, each one cost about $1,819. If 6 meetings were booked before the trip and the same 2 happen by chance, that is 8 conversations at about $455 each. Same ticket, same hotel. The difference is the work done in the three weeks before.

Book the meetings before you fly

  1. Three to four weeks out: build a list of target accounts based in the host city, plus the sponsors and exhibitors named on the event site.
  2. Two to three weeks out: call them. Ask for 20 minutes at the venue or a coffee nearby. A phone call gets a yes or no faster than an email thread.
  3. The week before: confirm each meeting with a time, a place and a mobile number.
  4. Within two business days after: call every new contact while they still remember the conversation.

This calling is the part we do. Munzai Solutions is an outbound sales agency for B2B companies in the US and Canada. Our SDRs are in Pakistan, work US and Canadian business hours, call from local numbers, and every call is recorded. The location is the reason for the price, and we say so up front.

A pre-event push fits a pay-as-you-go SDR job. You supply the script and the list, every lead is dialed twice, and packages start at $399 for 150 leads. You get a dispositioned file with call notes, a summary and a 30-minute debrief in 5 to 7 business days, so send the list about three weeks before the event. As an illustration only: 150 leads dialed twice is 300 dials, and across our 2026 campaigns 35% to 48% of dials were answered, which would be roughly 105 to 144 answered calls. Your list will differ, and we do not promise a meeting count.

If you attend several events a year and want follow-up to run every week, a dedicated SDR is $1,800 a month for a 40-hour week at 80 to 110 dials a day, month to month, with the work logged in your CRM. For what to say on those calls, see our guide to cold calling strategies.

Going to a conference or trade show in the next few months? Contact Munzai with the event name and your target list, and we will scope a small calling job aimed at booking meetings before you travel.
